Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups strawberries hulled & sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp almond slices
Heavenly Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey local or raw
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add spinach, strawberry slices, thinly sliced onion, and almond slices. Mix lightly and set aside
- In a small jelly jar with lid, add extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Close lid on jar and give it a good vigorous shake.
- Salt & pepper to taste
